Biography
My long-term research interests involve delineation of the molecular mechanism underlying infection diseases and immune responses. During my doctoral graduate career, I gained expertise in protein chemistry and structural biology, and my research focused on study how salmonella infect host cells and form biofilm. For my postdoctoral training in Xiaolei Su’s lab starting at September 1, 2018, I was received new conceptual and technical training in phase separation, T cell activation, biochemical reconstitution and CAR T cell therapy design. These will allow me to comprehensively dissect the mechanism of immune cell signaling, and further manipulate T cell signaling to raise T cell immunotherapy.
