Biography
Dr. Turitz earned her medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She served as the co-director of the Preterm Birth Prevention Center at Columbia University Irving Medical Center prior to joining the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Yale. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Her research interests center around preterm birth. She has been honored with several awards for her excellence in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
